Shipping Policy
SHIPPER IS GOFORMORE ONLINE
Goformore Online will take a maximum 3 days to ship out the item. Preferred logistic service providers that
Goformore Online has connected with are, such as, PosLaju, FedEx, DHL, CityLink, UPS. Goformore Online will use
the most reliable, fast and cost-effective fulfillment network courier to ship out the order item to customers. Shipping
costs are calculated on the website automatically during checkout based on the weight of the items you are
purchasing and the address that the items are shipped to.
SHIPPER IS THIRD PARTY VENDOR (SELLER)
Sellers are allowed 48 hours to ship an order upon receiving order confirmation from Goformore Online. After 48
hours, orders will auto-void and sellers will not be paid, regardless if you have shipped the item or not. Seller chooses
their preferred logistic service provider that is setup in the Goformore Online’s seller store. Shipping costs are
calculated on the website automatically during checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing and the
address that the items are shipped to.
TRACKING NUMBER AND SHIPPING DOCUMENTS
A tracking number is a traceability series of numbers provided by shipping and/ or logistics service providers. Sellers
are required to include this service when they ship the items and provide tracking number to the buyer via email after
the items shipped. Sellers must provide shipping documents and tracking numbers when a dispute occurs.
EXPEDITED SERVICE
Not all sellers offer expedited service. Expedited service is cost more than regular service. You can ask the sellers
before you place the order. Goformore Online is not allowed to change the shipping service for the customers on
behalf of sellers.
GENERAL SHIPPING RESTRICTION
Customer will be notified at checkout if the seller is unable to ship specific items to the address you’ve selected.
Please also check the product detail pages for any item-specific shipping restrictions. Goformore Online will not allow
sellers to ship items or products that are against Malaysia government laws. Refer to

GENERAL INTERNATIONAL POLICY
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped outside of Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination
country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees,
which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be
fulfilled by the recipient; Goformore Online has no control over these charges, nor can it predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; the recipient should contact the local customs office for more
information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery
estimated time
Note: Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a specific form of identification
before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification
Number, CPF, or Tax ID
