You can track your package via the Your Order page in the Buyer Dashboard. The shipment method for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
Track Your Package
You can track your packages on Goformoreonline.my after an order has shipped by the sellers. You can find tracking information in your order details. Multiple tracking numbers are separated if an order includes multiple items.
About Missing Tracking Information
- The first package scan may not be until delivery.
- Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments, are not trackable.
- Marketplace sellers sometimes do not provide GoformoreOnline with tracking information for their orders.
Mismatch Tracking Information on Carrier’s Website
It’s common to see differences in the tracking information listed in Your Account and the details on a carrier’s website. Every carrier uses their own language and system to indicate shipment status. If this situation happens, please login to Your Account. in Buyer Dashboard, try to contact the seller via GoformoreOnline.my platform.
